All items we ship are inspected and then packaged carefully and securely.
We ship Monday-Friday, if you place an order on a weekend, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
Packages will ship within 48 hours from when your order is processed.
Order processing occurs once payment is approved and the delivery address is verified.
We ship via Hong Kong Post and it usually takes between 7-14 days.

We want to you to be happy! Have peace of mind that you can return unsuitable items purchased for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees. Simply email us within 15 days of receiving your item and send back within 45 days. No restocking fees or whatever! No hassles!
